PRESS RELEASE
Following the successful verification exercise carried out in Q4 of 2017 and Q1 of 2018 by the Parastatals Pension Department (PaPD) for pensioners of some defunct and privatised agencies, PTAD has continued the computation of pension benefits and related entitlements due to regular pensioners and Next of Kin (NOKs) to qualified deceased pensioners respectively.
So far, the Directorate has completed the computation and enrollment of pensioners of Federal Housing Authority (FHA) and Nigerian Defence Academy – Civilians onto monthly pension payroll since April 2018.
Presently, the computation of the pension benefits of the pensioners of the remaining Agencies are on-going, and below is the applicable completion timelines.
