Bisimillahi, APC Senatorial Aspirant donates relief materials to flood victims

A leading Aspirant for Kogi West Senatorial District, Alhaji Tajudeen Bisimillahi has donated consumable items and cash to the flood victims in various camps in Kogi Local Government Area.

Alhaji Bisimillahi while addressing the Flood Committee set up by the Local Government at the palace of the Ondaki Ogbani Warri of Koton Karfi, Alhaji Mikailu Daudu described the flood as a natural phenomenon that is beyond human control and urged the people to remain steadfast in their faith in Allah

He symphatised with them over the havoc wrecked by the flood and urged them to see his donation as an act of love from a heart that understand the challenges they are passing through.

Bisimillahi who also paid a visit to the house of the Sarauniya of Koton Karfi, Hajiah Yami Shuaibu and Chamber Youth Group urged his numerous supporters to assist the victims of flood in their own way.

He promised not to relent in facilitating projects that would benefit the communities and described leadership as a test from Allah.

Bisimillahi emphasized that his decision to identify with the people was as a result of his love for the people of the area saying with or without his Senatorial ambition, he remain a solid friend and alie to Igu’s kingdom.

In a remark, Hajiah Yami Shuaibu expressed appreciation to Bisimillahi for assisting the youths to secure employment at the federal level saying he has contibuted enormously to the community without being a political office holder.

She prayed for God’s favour towards his Senatorial ambition and assured of women support.

Receiving the items donated on behalf of the beneficiaries, the Ondeki Ogbani of Koton Karfi, Alhaji Mukailu Daudu expressed appreciation for the gesture nothing that agriculture and fishing activities which constitute the major occupation of the people have been hampered by the flood.

He affirmed that Bisimillahi is the first Senatorial Aspirant to identified with the people in the moment of their challenges and prayed for the success of his ambition.
